Schedule-safe delivery for Fashion Week show structures

Seating, runway and bespoke show builds where timing, finish and control matter.

Engineered for Fashion Week. Engineered for Fashion Week.

When production windows are tight, your structural package needs to do more than arrive onsite.

It has to be planned properly, sequenced carefully and delivered with control.

Star Live supports Fashion Week production teams with seating, runway and bespoke show structures designed for complex live environments – helping protect programme, maintain standards and reduce onsite risk.

Fashion Show installs present challenges, that's what excites us.

Making your concept work in the real world.

Making your concept work in the real world.

A show’s concept is resolved early. Making it reality is harder.

The challenge is making the concept work within the venue, access and programme – without losing intent.

At Burberry AW26, we delivered a scaffold Tower Bridge structure, runway and seating within Old Billingsgate, working within the constraints of a heritage venue.

At H&M&180, the build took place inside an active construction site, where access, loading and sequencing dictated delivery.

One coherent build, not disconnected parts.

This isn’t a single element. It’s a full environment.

Runway, seating, structures and circulation all need to work together within one footprint.

We treat it as one system – planned together and delivered as one – reducing clashes and keeping the build moving.

Install risk doesn't come from one issue.

It builds through timing pressure, venue rules, restricted access, multiple contractors and changing requirements onsite.

We bring control early – through planning, pre-build, sequencing and clear onsite management – so issues are handled before they affect the programme.

Keeping your installation on schedule.

Fashion Week programmes don’t move. Star Live is used to working in that reality. We bring a delivery approach designed to create order where conditions are tight, live and constantly moving.

Install windows are tight. Access is restricted. Conditions change.

We align planning, fabrication and installation early – so the build stays structured and controlled, even in complex live environments.

Safe and compliant without slowing the show.

Safety is critical.

We build it into the plan from the start – so the installation moves efficiently while meeting site and operational requirements.

At H&M&180, this meant delivering within an active construction environment under strict safety controls. At Burberry, it meant aligning with the operational constraints of a heritage venue.
