At Star Live we’re accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a Living Wage Employer – a commitment we’ve proudly held since 2023 because fair pay matters.

The real Living Wage is the only UK rate independently calculated to reflect the true cost of living, covering essentials like rent, energy, childcare and transport. It’s a voluntary rate paid by over 16,000 employers, helping almost half a million workers earn enough to live, not just survive.
