With over 25 years’ experience, including 15 in the Middle East, Joe brings extensive technical expertise and operational insight to complex live environments. Starting out as a senior carpenter in film and theatre, he progressed into set builds and structures for global music tours before moving into large-scale events.

Now based in Riyadh, he’s known for his calm, solution-led approach and has delivered major projects across the UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia for leading agencies including Imagination, MDLBeast and Wasserman, government bodies and cultural events.

At Star Live, Joe plays a central role in project delivery across the MEA region, spanning entertainment, sport and brand activations.
