Large temporary structures: 3 of ours

Temporary structures are a great way to create additional space without affecting your current users and can also be used to add space you didn’t already have. We know every project is different, so we tailor each project to your specifications and work with you to design, produce and build your bespoke temporary space.

Temporary spaces have a wide range of uses, from pop-up vaccination centres to a space for gym members to work out, to school buildings. They are uniquely versatile and can be tailored to your exact specifications and needs. The whole process, from design to building, is done by us to ensure the best customer service and quality. Weather-proof features such as thermal walls and snow-loading can be included, too, allowing efficient use all year round.

Let’s take a look at 3 of the temporary spaces we have built!

Edgbaston Priory Club

The Edgbaston Priory Club had been renovating to improve the members' facilities, so they needed a temporary space to work out, and that’s where we came in. We made a semi-permanent 15 x 20m aluminium structure and a sprung gym floor that was ideal for the members to have their sessions in. The structure was named the Phoenix Studio, thanks to the thermal and snow-loading walls and ceiling, ensuring full use in winter, which was when most of the renovation occurred.

Bourne Leisure, Haven

Bourne Leisure operates Haven holiday parks across the UK. They wanted to refurbish the permanent show bars while ensuring guests' experiences weren’t uninterrupted. We offered them a 1000m2 semi-permanent structure that included thermal lining, heating, lighting and toilets and offered them the choice to hire or purchase the unit. We were able to roll multiple units to different Haven sites seamlessly, demonstrating our efficient turnkey solutions.

This was a highly successful operation, and all the guests at the Haven parks continued to enjoy exceptional entertainment and drinks during the refurbishment periods. Our dedication to each individual client is evident here as we were able to tailor our turnkey solutions to the client and offer them the best solution for their needs.

Leeds Vaccination Centre

Built next to the Leeds United football stadium, this large temporary structure was expertly crafted to give the NHS a long-term solution that could be delivered quickly. We designed and built the 1,900m2 centre and were able to deliver it within a few weeks as we knew the importance of getting people vaccinated as fast as possible. The design allowed the structure to be open and functional for 7 days a week, which ensured that it could accommodate the footfall and vaccinate as many as possible, helping keep Leeds safe.

Our wealth of experience designing and building large temporary structures and spaces has helped us provide the best service for all our clients. We can tailor everything to our client's requirements, and our turnkey solutions mean that we can deliver complete buildings that are ready to operate, adding exemplary levels of efficiency.
