Asly joined Star Live in 2025, initially supporting the Operations team during a high-demand summer period. Her adaptability, strong work ethic, and naturally positive approach quickly made her a standout team member. With a background in theatre acting, Asly brings creativity, confidence, and calm under pressure, building strong connections across teams and on site while navigating complex live events with ease.

During her time at BST Hyde Park, Asly discovered a passion for safety, compliance, and operational excellence, which inspired her transition into a dedicated SHEQ Officer role. Since then, she has played a key role in high-profile projects, including London Fashion Week shows for H&M and Burberry, as well as the Mundo Pixar Experience. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement, she also champions mental health and wellbeing, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture wherever she works.
