Oasis Live ’25.
The brief
Oasis Live ’25 marked one of the most anticipated reunions in music history, playing to record-breaking audiences across UK and Ireland stadiums. Star Live was appointed by SJM Concerts, MCD Productions and DF Concerts to design, engineer and deliver the tour’s staging infrastructure. The brief was to provide a touring stage system capable of handling large-scale production loads while enabling rapid builds and seamless venue transitions across multiple stadiums.
The challenge
The tour required a system that could carry over 100 tonnes of production and withstand severe weather conditions, while maximising sightlines and sellable capacity. Each venue – from Cardiff’s Principality Stadium and Manchester’s Heaton Park to Edinburgh’s Murrayfield, Dublin’s Croke Park and Wembley Stadium – presented unique logistical and structural challenges. Star Live needed to reduce build time and work at height, without compromising performance or safety.
Our solution
Star Live deployed its Ultra Stage™ system, refined through years of engineering development, to deliver a touring platform of exceptional capability.
11m cantilevered roof supporting more than 27 tonnes of flown production equipment.
Swept-back wing design with cantilevered video portals extending sightlines to 200 degrees and unlocking greater ticket capacity.
Wonderwall™ back wall system, a pre-rigged, fabric-based solution that reduced work at height, enhanced wind management, and accelerated build times.
Pre-assembled modular sections, enabling full stage construction in just three 12-hour shifts.
At Murrayfield, cranes and sequencing were modified to accommodate restricted access, while at Heaton Park the system scaled up to 86m wide with six delay towers to cover the vast audience footprint.
Impact
The Ultra Stage™ provided Oasis with a powerful, consistent stage architecture across the tour, reducing build risk and time on site. For promoters, the design increased sellable capacities and improved sightlines, while enhancing audience experience. After the final shows at Croke Park, the same structure was reconfigured within three days to host Robbie Williams, demonstrating the sustainability and reusability of Star Live’s modular systems.
By combining engineering innovation with touring practicality, Star Live delivered a stage system that met the demands of a landmark reunion tour and set a new benchmark for large-scale live event infrastructure.
