Robbie Williams, Croke Park 2025.

Star Live worked with client MCD to deliver staging and infrastructure for the Irish leg of Robbie Williams’ Britpop tour in 2025. At Dublin’s Croke Park, the turnaround came within just three days of the Oasis Live ’25 show closing. The same Ultra Stage™ system that had hosted Oasis’ rock ’n’ roll return, was reconfigured to meet the demands of Robbie Williams’ theatrical pop production.

The transformation required significant adaptations. The roof was removed and the rigging spreader package replaced before the stage floor and bunkers were lowered by 0.5m. Production ramps and bunker access were reworked, while the wings, wing towers and ballast were repositioned. Delay towers, front-of-house and LED wall bracing were rebuilt, supported by new side-stage weather protection. Additional features, including a C-Stage and IMAG footers, were also supplied to meet the production’s creative and technical requirements.

The rapid reconfiguration enabled MCD and the artist’s production team to move seamlessly from one headline show to another, ensuring safety, consistency and creative delivery. The result was a reliable solution that allowed fans to experience Robbie Williams’ full-scale live production at its best.
